1. Discomfort
You should never have to live with uncomfortable skin. A facial can truly relieve some of the uncomfortable skin issues listed below. Soothing skin treatments, relaxing facial massage and highly moisturizing masks can be the answer.
- deep acne
- inflamed breakouts
- texture and flaking
- tightness and itchiness from dry skin
2. Unhappy with appearance
To be clear, it is a long journey to becoming happy with the skin your in so I hope you can offer yourself grace throughout every stage your skin moves through. However, if you are frustrated by any of the topics listed below, you should know that they are fixable and facials can truly help. Some can even be solved with a few treatments and other may need more consistency.
- dark spots from acne
- uneven complexion
- fine lines
- blackheads
- redness
2. Non-existent “me time”
A facial means 30 minutes to an hour and a half of uninterrupted care just for you and your skin. We all get caught up with life, but setting aside this time for yourself every month or even every six months means honoring yourself. If you are dealing with any of the issues below, know that some dedicated “me time” can offer relief.
- easily distracted by a long to-do list
- overwhelmed
- burned out
- allows self-care to pass by
- stressed out
4. Concerned with aging
I definitely do not subscribe to the myth of “anti-aging,” but I do believe that facials can help to offer a more youthful appearance to the skin. When I use the word youthful I mean glowing, having good elasticity and really having a strength to your skin. Facials help to nourish your skin cells and encourage healthy skin. The wonderful byproduct of healthy skin is youthful looking skin. With consistency, facials help to maintain strong skin.
- fine line/ wrinkles
- age spots
- loss of elasticity
- dry skin
